Initiative Muscle Monday: January 2019 Recap

The Intern Hustle YouTube Videos

I took the month of December off from The Intern Hustle’s YouTube channel, but it feels good to be back! With summer internship applications in full swing, January’s videos were focused on helping you secure the internship. A mindset reset and how to act like a professional in your communications were top of the list. I also finally filmed a video on my #1 received question – “How do I get an internship in sports?”.

All videos from the month are linked below. Don’t forget to comment as you watch and join the conversation!

January 28, 2019 – Internship Interview Questions to Ask

I’ve interviewed a lot of people throughout my career, and the ones that didn’t ask any questions were given a big red flag. Because if you don’t ask any questions, it doesn’t show much interest on your part. You should always have questions ready to ask during an interview.

In this video, I’m giving you some examples of great questions that you can ask during your next internship interview.

I’ll be back with a mini-series in February on the truth about internships — dispelling some of the biggest myths and misconceptions out there. In support of your hustle…keep tuning in for new videos every Initiative Muscle Monday!
